i open instagram without even deciding to open instagram

does anyone else pick up their phone to check ONE thing and then suddenly realise you've been scrolling reels for like 40 mins 😭 the weird part is half the time I'm not even enjoying it. I’ll literally be bored while scrolling... and still keep scrolling. sometimes I close instagram, stare at my phone for 2 seconds and OPEN INSTAGRAM AGAIN 💀 like what was I expecting to change?? my attention span is actually cooked at this point. even watching a movie without checking my phone feels like some achievement now. pls tell me this isn't just me
